Are you missing the excitement of sports? Wish you could create a March Madness bracket and live the excitement of the tournament? VMUG is very happy to be back with our second VMUG Odyssey Tournament: Own Your Odyssey!
Join us and register to participate in the first round of our bracket style month long challenge as you compete against fellow VMUG Members in a hands-on lab tournament! The top 16 competitors will move on to the “Sweet 16” and a chance at a grand prize and the title of Champion!
Tournament Rules

- Tournament is open to ALL VMUG Members
- Must register and participate in Round 1 to qualify for the tournament
- ALL participants in each round will receive a prize from VMware, whether in the tournament or just attending/taking the lab.
- Only those within the bracket qualify for Grand prizes.
- Each round will offer a new lab for participates to take
- In an effort to curb cheating, the lab will be announced the night of the round. Suggested labs to practice will be sent to participants prior.
- Tournament participants FIRST attempt at the lab on the evening of the round will be the time referenced for qualifying against your competitor.
